Work Place Stress

Stress is a condition experienced when a person perceives that the pressures or demands upon them exceed their ability to cope with those pressures and demands. Where work-related pressures give rise to elevated levels of stress, that can lead to a number of physical and psychiatric illnesses or medical conditions. In those circumstances, the employee can sue his or her employer.
